The Rent-A-Bar Way
We provide everything you need...
Outlined below is the foundation included in each of our packages.
The Bar
Stylish bars ranging from 3 meters in length.
Licence
We licence the bar ready for use at your chosen location.
The Stock
A large variety of quality branded alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are provided including and special requests.
Pumps
Draught beer and ale pumps are standard on all bars
Staff
Professional fully trained uniformed staff are provided including a glass collector
Glasses
Disposable plastic, solid reusable plastic and standard glass are provided in accordance to your event.
Marquees (extra)
We can provide our own marquees at additional costs.
RENT-A-BAR SERVICES
FREE BAR
Our standard FREE service includes a fully licensed stylish bar including everything from fully trained professional staff to the ice in your glass, where you decide the drinks option that suitable for you.
RENT OUR EQUIPMENT
We can supply anything from a fully functional bar for you to stock and run down to a stand alone beer pump and keg.
We also have marquees and outdoor furniture available.
What ever you require or even for helpful ideas just contact us.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- Our additional services include:
- Welcome drinks supplied and served for £1.50 Per head (Pimms, Mulled wine, Orange juice).
- Bar to table service
- Pre order drinks served ant requested times
- Toast drinks supplied and served
- Themed / dressed bars
- Pimms bar
We also work very closely with caterers, Dj's and numerous other people.
DRINK OPTIONS
Our drink prices are highly competitive, and normally cheaper than pub prices! We have a number of drink options available:
DRINK OPTIONS
Option 1 // PAY BAR
This is where guests pay for their own drinks as they require them.
Option 2 // COMPLIMENTARY DRINKS
You provide your guests with complimentary drinks up to your specified limit, once reached guests can then purchase there own drinks when required.
Option 3 // PRE-PAID DRINKS
We can arrange to set up a free bar to provide your guests with complimentary drinks for the duration of the event. We will discount the final drinks price to you for this option.
If you require something different we endeavour to meet all your needs. Remember this is your event not ours.
