The Rent A Bar Way

We provide everything you need...

Outlined below is the foundation included in each of our packages.

The Bar

Stylish bars ranging from 3 metres in length.

Licence

We licence the bar ready for use at your chosen location.

The Stock

A large variety of quality branded alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are provided including any special requests.

Pumps

Draught beer and ale pumps are standard on all bars

Staff

Professional fully trained uniformed staff are provided including a glass collector

Glasses

Disposable plastic, solid reusable plastic and standard glass are provided in accordance to your event.

Marquees (extra)

We can provide our own marquees at additional costs.

If you want to enquire about a date for rental please call us on 07976 261 995 or email us using the address below and we will look into it for you.

Steps to booking a bar

  1. Please email us at hello@rentabar.org and provide your name, email address, contact number, the date of your function, your full postal address, the estimated number of guests, the type of function (e.g. wedding, birthday party), and any additional requests or information.

  2. We will contact you on receipt of your email to arrange a telephone or home consultation to discuss the details and special requirements for your event

  3. DOWNLOAD a booking form, complete it & send to us with your £100 deposit.

  4. Relax - we do the rest!!

Booking Enquiry

Please email us using the address below to see if we have a bar and the staff available for your event date. No specific dates will be confirmed until you receive confirmation from us.

Once more, please provide your name, email address, contact number, the date of your function, your full postal address, the estimated number of guests, the type of function (e.g. wedding, birthday party), and any additional requests or information.

Deposit

We require a £100 deposit with all bookings, at the end of the event this will be refunded providing we have exceeded our £500 minimum takings.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel a Rent a Bar booking, please contact us asap.  Please note under these circumstances deposits are non refundable.

Last minute

We must have a minimum of 10 working days notice of bookings due to licensing requirements.

Our Next Event...

Glass Hire, reception drinks and a new portable bar to hire.

We offer glass hire for your special event, this includes wine, water and champagne flutes all at 20p each. 

We are also offering reception drinks Pimms, Prosecco and sparkling wine from £1.50 ph.

We have a new portable bar that you can hire for your garden parties or parties.  This is 2ft x 2ft bar with a built in beer pump and cooler.  It also has the option for 4 optics.  Prices for this start at £175 which includes an 88 pint keg of Fosters!!!
